We was asked to assist on a large basement in London - the basement was extremely wet and had 2 sump and pumps running constantly to keep the water level at bay.
We was asked to waterproof the basement using a specification provided by an independent consultant.
We carried out a full Sika 1 waterproof render system incorporating Sikadur Combiflex waterproof expansion joints at all construction joints leaving the client with a clean dry basement.
