Having successfully operated as a sole trader for five years previously, Terry Blackabee registered RENDERSEAL LTD in July 1999 as a result of a constantly increasing workload and the requirement to employ professional staff as part of a planned expansion programme.
The Company enjoys a close affiliation with SIKA LTD, Delta Membrane Systems and SAFEGUARD CHEMICALS, with key staff members having successfully completed courses conducted by the SCHOOL OF WATERPROOFING, thus able to design and specify waterproof schemes to suit end user requirements in any given situation, utilising both cementations and cavity drain methods.
All operatives and key site personnel have passed the construction skills certification scheme for Health and Safety, and all 'on' site operatives are fully trained in accordance with Sika Ltd, Delta Membrane Systems and Safeguard Ltd Specifications.
