Renderseal® Ltd is a Specialist Waterproofing Contractor, recognized and approved by all the leading waterproof material manufacturers and leading contractors.
RENDERSEAL® LTD was formed in July 1999 and over the years we have developed a full team including surveyors with CSSW, Contracts Management team, trained site supervisors (SSSTS) and all our site staff hold CSCS Cards and are full time employees, not sub-contractors.
We can provide a design and installation service to suit all situations/structures using cementitious waterproofing systems and /or cavity drain membrane as well as waterproof coatings, pressurised waterproof injection works and concrete repairs.
As well as the above systems we can also undertake chemical damp course injection along with the associated salt retardant rendering treatment.
All works carried out by Renderseal Ltd are fully guaranteed and can also have an insurance backed guarantee for a small fee.
We are predominantly waterproofing contractors working within the commercial sector of the business specifying for architects , developers, estate management companies, housing associations, building contractors and the private sector.
Vast Experience
The Company enjoys a close affiliation with Sika Ltd, Delta Membrane Systems, John Newton Waterproofing, RIW Ltd and Safeguard Europe Ltd, thus able to design and specify waterproof systems to suit end user requirements in any given situation, utilising all the different waterproofing methods/systems available.
We specialise in waterproofing below ground structures in existing or new build constructions to grade 1, 2 & 3 and also have a vast experience in structural waterproofing of swimming pools and lift pits.
